10.4.1.10 History of the Agreement with Italy

History

The current Agreement between Australia and Italy started on 1 October 2000. It replaced the previous Agreement (the 1986 Agreement) that had been in place since 1 September 1988.

The Agreement with Italy is a formal treaty under international law and is included in the SS(IntAgree)Act as Schedule 2.
