10.5.10.10 Information Which can be Exchanged - Agreement with Canada

Information which can be exchanged

Article 14 - Exchange of Information and Mutual Assistance -states that information can be exchanged for the effective operation of the Agreement and the application of either Australia's or Canada's social security laws. This means the exchange of information is quite broad and covers information relevant to the person's eligibility for all benefits, not just those covered by the Agreement.
