10.6.8.30 Australian Working Life Residence - Agreement with Spain

Working life residence

Article 1 - Definitions - defines periods of Australian working life residence as that defined in Australian legislation, but does not include Spanish periods deemed by Article 9 to be periods of Australian working life residence. This means that the definition in SS(IntAgree)Act section 15 applies when calculating the rate of Australian benefit payable.
