10.7.1.10 History of the Agreement with Malta

History

The Agreement with Malta was signed in Malta on 16 June 2004 and entered into force on 1 July 2005.

This replaces the former Agreement with Malta which was signed on 15 August 1990 and entered into force on 1 July 1991.

The Agreement with Malta is a formal treaty under international law and is included in the SS(IntAgree)Act as Schedule 6.
