10.8.1.10 History of the Agreement with the Netherlands

History

The current Agreement between Australia and the Netherlands started on 1 April 2003. It replaced the previous Agreement (the 1991 Agreement) that had been in place since 1 April 1992.

The Agreement with the Netherlands is a formal treaty under international law and is included in the SS(IntAgree)Act as Schedule 7.
