10.8.3.10 People Covered by the Agreement with the Netherlands

People covered

Article 3 of the Agreement with the Netherlands specifies the people to whom the Agreement applies, that is:

people who are or have been Australian residents, and/or
people who have been subject to the legislation of the Netherlands, and
people who are a partner, widow or survivor of people who satisfy the first 2 criteria (where applicable).
