10.8.8.30 Working Life Residence - Agreement with the Netherlands

Working life residence

Article 1 of the Agreement defines Australian working life residence as that defined in Australian legislation, but does not include periods deemed to be Australian working life residence in Article 14 of the Agreement. This means that the definition in SS(IntAgree)Act section 15 applies when calculating the rate of benefit payable.
