11.1.12.70 Insurance payments under income management

Insurance

Insurance is not an item that is covered by the definition of priority needs. However, where the delegate is satisfied that all current and reasonably foreseeable priority needs of the person and their dependants have been met, an insurance payment may be paid from income managed funds.
