11.2.8.20 Exit interview under the Cape York income management measure

Exit interview

When income management ends for an individual, the individual may request an exit interview to discuss the transition to standard payment arrangements and the final disbursement of any remaining funds in the income management account. The delegate may discuss Family Income Management, Student Education Trusts, and Centrepay arrangements. The delegate may also advise the individual that they may approach the Family Responsibilities Commission voluntarily seeking to continue to be subject to income management.
