11.4.5.20 Exit interview under the VWPR Measure

Exit interview

An individual can request an exit interview to discuss the transition to standard payment arrangements and the final disbursement of any remaining funds in their income management account. The delegate can also offer the following options for the person to consider as appropriate:

voluntary income management (11.7)
payment nominee, and/or
Centrepay.
