11.9.8.20 Exit interview under the SPAR measure

Exit interview

An individual can request an exit interview to discuss the transition to standard payment arrangements or the transition to income management under another measure and the final disbursement of any remaining funds in their income management account. The delegate can offer the following options for the person to consider if they will not be subject to compulsory income management under another measure:

voluntary income management (11.7)
payment nominee (11.1.4.10)
Centrepay, and/or
financial management support.

The delegate will advise the recognised state or territory authority of the person's exit from income management.
