Summary

Steps for scoring ACL domain C - functional abilities - mobility subdomain C(3):

  • Calculate raw scores for questions 30 to 36 in subdomain C(3) using the table domain C - functional abilities - mobility subdomain C(3).
  • Calculate the appropriate age adjusted score for each question
    • locate the score for the appropriate age category using the age adjustment table at step 13
    • divide the raw score by the score from the age adjustment table.
  • Round all answers to 2 decimal points.
  • Add the age adjusted scores from questions 30 to 36 to deliver the functional abilities - mobility subdomain C(3) total score.
  • The total score is carried over to step 11.
