Historical rates

The following tables show the historical rates for the clean energy advance (CEA). The CEA is a supplementary lump sum payment for qualified government payment recipients, paid in respect of a CEA period as outlined in the tables below.

Note: YA, Austudy, DSP (under 21 with no dependent children), and certain SpB recipients received a second CEA payment in July 2013 for the CEA period of 1 July 2013 to 31 December 2013.

A person who is partnered, though separated from their partner due to illness, respite care or the partner being in prison, will receive a rate calculated at either the single or partnered rate consistent with the calculation of the rate of their qualifying payment.
