Granny flat reviews

Services Australia may ask the AGA for a valuation of the granny flat right based on the full case details if a person seeks a review of a decision that:

  • the value of property transferred to establish a granny flat right is unreasonable, and
  • an amount will be included under the deprivation provisions.
