6.3.7 Special payments overpayments

SpB overpayment

On grant of a pension or benefit, SpB is cancelled and, if applicable, any SpB paid from the date of grant is recovered from arrears of the payment. SpB does NOT have to be recovered entirely from the first payment if that would result in financial hardship for the person.
