220.127.116.11 Disclosure of information to a community body
Disclosure of information
- the person is a trial participant or voluntary participant, and
- the disclosed information is relevant to the operation of the Cashless Debit Card Trial.
In return, DSS and DHS may disclose information about the participant to the community body so it can perform its duties or exercise relevant powers.
Example: Joe is a participant in the Cashless Debit Card Trial and has applied to the community body to reduce the percentage of his restricted portion (18.104.22.168). The community body assessed Joe's application according to their guidelines and decided that they will reduce Joe's restricted portion to 50%. The community body then sends DHS instructions that in future Joe's restrictable payments are to be split 50% restricted and 50% unrestricted.
