1.1.A.75 Amount overpaid

Definition

An amount overpaid refers to any PPLSC paid in excess of the correct amount. This includes:

  • the full amount if the contribution was not payable for the person
  • the amount by which the amount paid exceeds the correct amount of a PPLSC.
