1.1.C.115 Child (HCC)

Definition

For the purposes of CA (child), a child (HCC) is a dependent child under the age of 16 years who has a disability or medical condition that does not qualify a carer for the CA payment but does require at least 14 hours a week more care because of the disability or medical condition than a child without a disability.
