10.27.3.10 People covered by the Agreement with the Republic of North Macedonia

People covered

Article 3 of the Agreement specifies to whom the Agreement applies. That is:

in relation to Australia, people who are or have been Australian residents, and
in relation to the Republic of North Macedonia, people who are or have been subject to the legislation of the Republic of North Macedonia.
