18.104.22.168 Trigger payment (Cashless Debit Card)
Trigger payment means a payment that will automatically activate (trigger) participation in the Cashless Debit Card (8.7) for people who live in a program area.
The trigger payments are:
- a payment under the scheme known as ABSTUDY that includes an amount identified as living allowance
- austudy payment
- benefit PP (partnered)
- BVA, so long as the recipient has not reached pension age
- carer payment
- disability support pension
- jobseeker payment
- parenting allowance (other than non-benefit allowance)
- pension PP (single)
- special benefit
- youth allowance.
