10.11.4.10 Who Can Lodge Claims under the Agreement with Austria

Who can claim

The Agreement with Austria contains the claim lodgement provisions discussed in 10.1.4 Claiming Payments Using an Agreement.

Article 5 - Equivalence of Territories - covers claim lodgement and allows residents of Australia, Austria or a third country with which Australia has an agreement covering claim lodgement to lodge claims for Australian benefits under the Agreement if they are in Austria, Australia or that third country.
