10.28.4.10 Who Can Lodge Claims under the Agreement with the Czech Republic

Who can claim

The Agreement with the Czech Republic contains all the claim lodgement provisions discussed in 10.1.4.

The Agreement with the Czech Republic allows for third country lodgement. This means residents of Australia or the Czech Republic or a country with which Australia has a current social security agreement and which has agreed to accept claims under Australia's other agreements, can lodge claims for Australian benefits under the Agreement.
