11.3.5.20 Ongoing contact under the Child Protection Measure

Ongoing contact

Following the initial income management interview, the delegate will confirm in writing to the person how their income managed funds are to be allocated.

Some people may have a greater need and require periodic or frequent contact with the delegate. This is to be arranged on an individual basis. Additional meetings may also be required where the delegate needs proof of documentation in order to adjust allocations. Income management and scheduled allocations should continue, regardless of non-contact after the initial allocation interview.
