11.7.8 Exit from income management under VIM measure

Introduction

There are 2 circumstances in which a VIM agreement may be terminated and the person exited from income management:

  • the person asks the delegate to terminate the agreement, or
  • the delegate terminates the agreement following an occurrence of an event that gives grounds for termination.
