11.9.5.20 Reviews under the SPAR measure

Reviews

At least 2 weeks before the end of the originally determined income management period (4 weeks in remote areas), the delegate will contact the state/territory authority for the final review. At this review the delegate will advise the date that income management is due to cease and any appropriate feedback. The state/territory authority may give another notice to the delegate to extend the period for which the person is to be subject to income management under the SPAR measure.
