1.1.S.95 Summons or other compulsory process

Definition

A claimant for PLP may be eligible despite performing more than one hour of paid work on a day, if the person performs paid work because they complied with the requirements of a summons or other compulsory process to give evidence or information, or to produce documents or other things.
