1.1.S.95 Summons or other compulsory process

Definition

If a person is a claimant for PLP or DAPP purposes, and the person performs paid work on a day because they complied with the requirements of a summons or other compulsory process to appear to give evidence or information or to produce documents or other things, they are considered not to have returned to work on that day.
