10.28.10.20 Confidentiality - Agreement with the Czech Republic
Confidentiality
Article 20 of the Agreement provides that information exchanged by Australia and the Czech Republic is confidential and can only be used for the purposes of implementing the Agreement or applicable social security laws.
All information received by Australia is subject to the same privacy principles as applies to information obtained under domestic law. Information received by the Czech Republic is similarly subject to Czech privacy legislation.
