Definition
For the purposes of the National Redress Scheme, an 'approved form' is a document or form the Operator has approved in 'writing' to be used under the Scheme.
Some examples of an approved form are:
- application for redress form
- acceptance document to accept an offer of redress
- declining an offer of redress form
- application for a review of a determination form.
