1.1.A.60 Approved form

Definition

For the purposes of the National Redress Scheme, an 'approved form' is a document or form the Operator has approved in 'writing' to be used under the Scheme.

Some examples of an approved form are:

  • application for redress form
  • acceptance document to accept an offer of redress
  • declining an offer of redress form
  • application for a review of a determination form.
