1.3 Family Assistance Office (FAO)

Note: On 1 July 2011, FAO became part of the Australian Government DHS which is now known as Services Australia. All families related payments and services including FTB are now delivered by Services Australia through Centrelink.

All references to FAO within this Guide should be taken to mean Centrelink.
