11.7.7.20 Review of decision in relation to meeting the priority needs of a person under VIM

Review of decision in relation to meeting the priority needs of a person under VIM

Also subject to review is any decision by the delegate to take any particular action under the SS(Admin)Act Part 3B Division 6. Division 6 provides several different methods for debiting a person's income management account. As the delegate has discretion to make deductions on behalf of a person, if a person does not agree to deductions and allocations they may request a review. A person can also directly engage with the delegate to re-negotiate their priority needs and allocations.
