4.1.8 Withdrawal or variation of claim for PLP

Introduction

A claimant who has made an effective claim for PLP may withdraw or vary the claim, in a manner approved by Centrelink, before a payability determination is made on the claim.

If a claim is withdrawn, it is taken never to have been made.
