1.1.I.60 Infringement notice (PLP)

Definition

Centrelink or the FWO may give a person an infringement notice under Part 5 of the Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014 if Centrelink or the FWO reasonably believes that the person has contravened one or more of the civil penalty provisions of the PPLAct.
