7.1.3 Withdrawal of application for review

Introduction

A person, or an employer, may withdraw their application for internal review of a decision under the PPLAct at any time before the review has been completed.

An application (other than an application that relates to an employer determination decision) that is withdrawn is taken never to have been made. An application may be withdrawn orally or in writing or in any other manner approved by Centrelink.
