3.10.3.40 Payment delivery to certain pension recipients overseas

Summary

CIS recipients are paid 4 weekly. Most of these recipients are paid by direct deposit to an overseas bank account. In exceptional circumstances, a recipients may be paid by cheque to an overseas address if cheques are accepted to the country they are in. Generally recipients who are residing outside Australia for 12 months or more will receive payment to an overseas bank account or via cheque.
