1.1.I.90 Interests of the child

Definition

In considering what is in the interests of the child in respect of whom a person has made a primary, secondary or tertiary claim for PLP in exceptional circumstances (1.1.E.100), Centrelink (1.1.C.20) is to consider the arrangements for the child's care with the person in comparison with the arrangements for the child's care in the child's previous family situation.
