1.1.I.40 Income free area (FTB)

Definition

For the purposes of FTB, the income free area is the amount of ATI (1.1.A.20) an individual (1.1.I.90) may have before their rate of FTB is affected under the income test for:

  • FTB Part A worked out under Method 1, and
  • FTB Part B.
