1.1.H.10 Has not previously satisfied the work & income tests

Definition

In order to be eligible for PLP on a flexible PPL day (1.1.F.70), a person must satisfy the work test (1.1.W.30) and income test (1.1.I.20) if they have not previously satisfied these tests in relation to the child.

A person has not previously satisfied the work and income tests if:

  • no payability determination (1.1.P.60) is in force that PLP is payable to the person, and
  • no conditional eligibility determination (1.1.C.143) is in force for the person.
