1.1.P.60 Payability determination

Definition

A payability determination for PLP means a determination made under the PPLAct that PLP is, or is not, payable to a person for a child. A payability determination can be made for PLP for a PPL period (1.1.P.200), and/or flexible PPL days (1.1.F.70).

A payability determination for DAPP is a determination made under the PPLAct that DAPP is, or is not, payable to a person for a child.
