1.1.P.210 PPL requirement

Definition

A PPL requirement is a requirement made by Centrelink in a notice to a correspondence nominee that requires the nominee to:

  • inform Centrelink of a matter, or
  • give information or produce a document to an officer, or
  • give a statement to Centrelink.
