Definition

A payment nominee is a person appointed by Centrelink as payment nominee to receive payments of instalments of PLP on behalf of a person to whom PLP is payable. A payment nominee is appointed by Centrelink with the consent of the person to be appointed and after taking into consideration any wishes of the principal.
