1.1.P.200 PPL period

Definition

The period for which PLP is payable must be specified in the determination that PLP is payable to a person for a child for a period. That period is the person's PPL period. The person's PPL period must be the same as, or within, the maximum PPL period (1.1.M.20) for the child.

PPL period is distinct from flexible PPL period (1.1.F.80).
