10.10.3.10 People Covered by the Agreement with Portugal

People covered

Article 3 - Personal Scope - of the Agreement with Portugal specifies the people to whom the Agreement applies, that is:

people who are or have been residents of Australia, or
people who are or have been subject to the legislation of Portugal, and
people who are a partner, widow or survivor of people who satisfy the first 2 criteria (where applicable).
