10.14.10.10 Information Which Can Be Exchanged - Agreement with Germany

Exchange of information

Article 10 and Article 15 of the Agreement with Germany provide that personal data can only be exchanged where a person:

  • wants to make use of any provision of the Agreement,
  • claims a benefit from the country (supplying the information) after the Agreement starts,
  • in particular circumstances authorises one country to provide information to the other.
