10.15.12.20 Termination of the Agreement with the USA

Termination

Article 24 covers what happens should the Agreement terminate. The Agreement remains in force for 12 months following the date on which either party advises the other that they intend to terminate the Agreement.

Should the Agreement be terminated, those people who were being paid, or had lodged a claim and are entitled at that time, will continue to receive that benefit.
