10.16.10.10 Information Which Can Be Exchanged - Agreement with Chile

Information which can be exchanged

Article 24 of the Agreement says that Australia and Chile can exchange information necessary for the determination of benefits covered by the Agreement or benefits paid under the social security law of each country. This means that the flow of information is quite broad and covers information relevant to the recipient's eligibility for all payments, including those not covered by the Agreement.
