10.18.10.10 Information Which Can Be Exchanged - Agreement with Slovenia

Information which can be exchanged

Article 14 of the Agreement says that Australia and Slovenia can exchange information that is relevant to benefits paid under the Agreement or under the social security law of each country. This means that the flow of information is quite broad and covers information relevant to the pensioner's eligibility for all payments, including those not covered by the Agreement.
