10.18.12.20 Termination of the Agreement with Slovenia

Termination of the agreement

Article 19 of the Agreement covers what happens should the Agreement terminate. The Agreement remains in force for 6 months following the date on which either Australia or Slovenia advise the other through diplomatic channels that they intend to terminate the Agreement.

Should the Agreement terminate, it will continue to apply to those people who were being paid, or had lodged a claim and were entitled at the time.
