10.18.9.10 Portability & the Agreement with Slovenia

Background

Portability of autonomous payments is covered by domestic legislation (7.1.1).

The portability of payments made under the Agreement is covered by Article 5 of the Agreement. The rate payable during temporary departure to, or return from, Australia of 26 weeks or less is covered by Article 9 (10.18.8).
