10.19.10.20 Confidentiality - Agreement with Belgium

Confidentiality

Article 21 of the Agreement relates to the confidentiality of information exchanged. All information received by Australia is subject to the same privacy principles as apply to information obtained under domestic legislation. Information received by Belgium is similarly subject to the privacy legislation relevant to Belgium.
