10.19.9.10 Portability & the Agreement with Belgium

Background

Portability of autonomous payments is covered by domestic legislation. See 7.1.1.

The portability of payments made under the Agreement is covered by Article 5 of the Agreement.

The rate payable during temporary departure from, or return to, Australia of 26 weeks or less is covered by Article 17. See 10.19.8.
